And makes the whole body strong. Vitamin A is found in large quantities in disguised milk. Cow's milk and disguise's milk are also found to be different through density. Disguise milk contains more fat, due to which it is more thick and creamy. Cow's milk is much thinner than disguise. This is because of the low amount of fat in it. When we talk about calcium, it helps a lot in strengthening your nails, teeth and bones. If the milk of cow and disguise is compared against calcium, then calcium is found more in the milk of disguise. 305mg calcium is present in 1 glass of cow's milk. While its quantity in disguise milk is up to 420mg.
Even vitamin B12 is present in good quantity in milk. Which plays a very important role in making blood in the body. When we look at cow's and disguise's milk from the point of view of vitamins, vitamin B12 is more in disguise milk. Now when it comes to protein, friends protein is in your body. Along with gaining muscle, it is also very important for skin and hair. If we look at cow's milk and disguise's milk from the point of view of protein, then there would have been no significant difference between the two. The amount of protein in milk of a mild disguise is high. Cow's milk contains 9 grams of protein, whereas disguise milk contains 10 to 11 grams of protein. Now a question must have come in your mind that the dress element is more in the milk of disguise. And the milk of disguise is better, but in fact the amount of fat in disguise milk is double as compared to cow's milk. And the thing in which the amount of fat is high, it would be easy for everyone to digest it.
